Social Purpose Report

As a Washington Social Purpose Corporation (SPC), Trip HōM is committed to integrating purpose with profit — using our business to create meaningful social good. Our mission is to facilitate transformative journeys and provide comprehensive support to individuals and their partners on their paths toward personal growth and fulfillment.

Trip HōM strives to reduce barriers and expand access to care for individuals seeking holistic mental wellness. Through our home-based services and community integration model, we’ve seen measurable improvements in the health and wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, and civil servants.

Our Social Purpose Goals

Our short- and long-term goals are centered on increasing access to holistic mental wellness services and fostering lasting, positive change:

Short-Term Objectives:
Continue providing in-home psychedelic harm reduction coaching and virtual wellness coaching focused on preparation and integration.

Strengthen our community connection programs for past voyagers to ensure ongoing support and integration.

Long-Term Objectives:
Develop psychedelic education programs for healthcare professionals.

Host wellness retreats for voyagers and community support members.

Expand our in-home coaching services for LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, and civil servants.

Actions Taken in 2023–2024

Trip HōM made significant strides toward these goals:

In 2023, we provided over $22,000 in donated services to LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, and civil servants to foster community wellness.

In 2024, we extended $11,000 in scholarship-based services to clients in need, further reducing financial barriers to holistic mental health care.  Our scholarships are open to marginalized communities including BIPOC+, end stage disease patients, first responders, LGBTQIA+, and wounded healers.

Our team actively supports psychedelic awareness and education initiatives:
Kelly McGinty collaborates with Enlighten Spokane to help deprioritize psychedelics in the City of Spokane.

Kendra Branch serves as a member of the Psychedelic Club of Denver, a community-based organization focused on evidence-based education, integration, and harm reduction.

Future Actions and Partnerships

Trip HōM is expanding our impact through partnerships that align with our mission. We recently began working with the Frank Garcia Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising awareness of first responder mental health and the rising suicide rates among wildland firefighters. Together, we aim to raise funds and expand access to psychedelic-assisted services for the treatment of PTSD, depression, and anxiety among these brave civil servants.

Measuring Our Impact

Trip HōM evaluates progress toward our social purpose goals through a combination of financial, operational, and community-based metrics, including:

  • Total value of donated and scholarship-based services.
  • Number of clients served through in-home and virtual wellness programs.
  • Community engagement and partnerships established to advance psychedelic awareness and accessibility.
  • Qualitative outcomes, including client feedback on wellbeing, connection, and integration success.
