Trip HōM, SPC, Social Purpose Corporation

What is an SPC?

Trip HōM chose to incorporate in Washington state as a Social Purpose Corporation (SPC). An  SPC differs from a non-profit corporation as it is designed to pursue profits while also providing social benefits. Trip Hōm is committed to returning 10% of our profits back into our communities to provide holistic wellness and consciousness elevation. Trip Hōm’s annual goal is to donate our services to a scholarship recipient(s) in marginalized communities, BIPOC+, end stage disease patients, first responders,  LGBTQIA+ and wounded healer clients.
